Hot Runner Coil Heater
Hot Runner Coil Heaters are high-watt density, compact heating elements designed specifically for heating hot runner nozzles and manifolds in injection molding systems. Engineered for precision and performance, these heaters consist of a nickel-chrome resistance wire uniformly wound over a high-purity magnesium oxide core, all enclosed in a stainless steel sheath. Their coiled configuration ensures excellent thermal contact with the heated surface, providing fast, uniform, and controlled heat transfer in demanding applications.
